The challenge is understanding where you are physically and setting realistic goals to get you where you want to be.  It is also important to remember that this will not happen overnight. It is about lifestyle choices, and it can take some time to see results. For example, if you do yoga your flexibility will improve over time. And of course, your physical wellbeing will also affect your mental wellbeing, so improving your physical wellbeing can help in many ways. Tools and Resources There are lots of tools, technology and support that can help you towards your physical wellbeing goals. They include online apps, information from the NHS (see below), blogs and articles on everything from exercise, nutrition, sleep, and relaxation.
